Practical advice from our staff:
Don't forget to warm up properly before working out. A warm up should be effective but should not tire you out.
To complete your training, change your position. Pronating hands: palms of hands facing down. Hand supination: hands facing upwards.
Example of a training programme:
MONDAY: PECS/TRICEPS
Wear comfortable clothing. Have a bottle of water to hand and sip regularly. Have a towel handy to dry yourself or place on the equipment for more comfort. Don't forget to warm up properly before working out. A warm up should be effective but should not tire you out. Tailor your exercises to your condition, increasing the intensity of your exercises progressively. Stretch before each session.
To make progress, regular training is key.
