Practical advice from our staff:
If you are a beginner, train for a few weeks with light weights to get your body used to weight work and building muscle.
Warm up properly with a cardio-vascular work out, reps without weights or floor based stretching exercises. Increase weights progressively.
Make regular, steady and smooth movements.
