Composition
2 x 2kg threaded bars made of stainless chrome, length 35cm, diameter 28mm, grooved grips with moulded bar collars, 1 x 1.55 m threaded bar (160 kg max load) in 2 x 7.8 kg sections and 6 chromium-plated tightening screw nuts (250 g per nut). 4 x 5 kg cast iron weights, 8 x 2 kg cast iron weights, 4 x 0.5 kg cast iron weights.
